 Terms and Conditions Terms of Use Agreement

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below . Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Erin Louise indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Erin Louise.

Erin Louise reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. By ordering or registering on Erin Louise you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting our Customer Service at enquiries@erinlouise.com.au and we will remove you from marketing communications.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Erin Louise reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Erin Louise reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Erin Louise is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Erin Louise.

Oversold

On the odd occasion we may oversell on items in your order. Our customer service staff will work with our warehouse to try and track down your item before processing a refund. If it gets to the point were we have refunded your order - trust us we have worked super hard to try and find this item/s for you, but we simply do not have it. 

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. If you still have any further questions please submit a support request. 

Liability

Erin Louise is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by Erin Louise are estimates only. Erin Louise will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Erin Louise can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

All parcels will have a "safe drop" option and if you would like to change this please do so through the Australia Post website once you receive your tracking information.

If you provide a unit address or business address and the driver does not feel it is safe to leave your parcel a card will be left for you advising on where your parcel has been taken.

We do deliver to PO BOXES

Any lost, stolen or missing parcels are not the responsibility of Erin Louise, once they leave our factory.

Acceptance of the Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. We reserve the right to Repair, Replace or Refund faulty goods. 

It is the customers responsibility to follow all washing instructions on our EL labels. We take no responsibility for any items that are incorrectly washed.

Change of Address

Erin Louise cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Erin Louise do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Erin Louise will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Erin Louise will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

Unless International Express Post is selected, we can NOT track your order. International Express Post also needs to be signed on delivery.

Please note Erin Louise holds no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels once they leave our factory.

Warranties

All warranties offered are the manufacturers warranties and not that of Erin Louise.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non- Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate

Refunds & Returns

All items purchased from the Erin Louise Online Store may only be returned to the Erin Louise Online Store. All below conditions will apply to all items being returned to the Erin Louise Online Store. Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.

Faulty Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

We have a three(3) month limit on faulty goods.

Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty. Special return offers apply to individuals only.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items We will happily refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tags attached. See below for the time frame your refund must be made in: Refunds (sale items) not allowed Refunds (full price items) - 20 days from date of purchase

REFUNDS AND RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON FREE PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE ITEMS

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Erin Louise can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Erin Louise reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Erin Louise PTY LTD. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Erin Louise shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Erin Louise shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Erin Louise shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Out of Stocks -

Please note unfortunately a circumstance may occur when you may be refunded for an oversold item.  This may occur due to the fact that the system has oversold an item and when we go to pack your order we are unable to. 

Orders are packed and processed in numerical order . When we get to your order and see that we are unable to send you the item you will be contacted and a refund will be issued.  If you have more than one item in that order, we will refund you on the oversold item and continue to send the rest of your order to you.

Delivery

Packing and Processing

Please note we take 1 - 6 BUSINESS days to pack and process an order before it leaves our warehouse.  It is then handed over to Australia Post and delivery time will depend on your address.  

Delivery

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries, you can track your parcel at

https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track . 

All parcels will have instructions for the driver to leave at a "safe place on your premises" 

If you provide a unit address or business address and the driver does not feel it is safe to leave your parcel a card will be left for you advising on where your parcel has been taken.

If you do not want your parcel left at your door, please email us at enquiries@erinlouise.com.au straight after your order is made, with your order number and name.
