 Packing and Processing

Please note we take 1 - 6 BUSINESS days to pack and process an order before it leaves our warehouse.  It is then handed over to our couriers and delivery time will depend on your address.  

Delivery

We use Couriers Please for all of our deliveries, you can track your parcel at www.couriersplease.com.au or phone them on 1300361000.

All parcels addressed to a residential address, will have an ATL (Authority to Leave) sticker attached to the parcel. Parcel's addressed to a Unit number or Business address will not have the sticker attached. If you do not want your parcel left at your door, please email us at enquiries@erinlouise.com.au straight after your order is made, with your order number and name. 

CouriersPlease have expanded its delivery capabilities to include a national newsagent network. POPShops are open early and late, 7 days a week for ease and convenience of collecting parcels

Your closest linked POPShop allows you to pick up parcels that were unable to be delivered to your address

Please note this is through Couriers Please and we have no control over where it is delivered.

We don't deliver to PO BOXES

Any lost, stolen or missing parcels are not the responsibility of Erin Louise, once they leave our factory.

Returns

    • Items can be returned to us for a refund or store credit
    • We do not offer refunds on sale or promotional items . A store credit will be issued
    • Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained
    • Send your return within 20 days of receiving your item/s.
    • You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
    • If you post your return after the 20 days, you will be charged a late return fee of $7.00. 
  • If an item was purchased using a gift card, the refund will automatically be allocated to the same gift card
  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON AFTERPAY PURCHASES, YOU WILL BE ISSUED WITH A CREDIT NOTE.

How to return an item

  • Email us at enquiries@erinlouise.com.au
  • A customer service representative will review your return application for approval.
  • If your return is approved they will provide you with the return address, 
    DO NOT return your order to any other address of Erin Louise, as the published addressees online ARE NOT our warehouse address and your parcel could get lost.

Can you exchange an item?

Online stores operate different to normal brick and mortar stores. It is impossible for our customer service team to facilitate a traditional exchange. We are happy to give you a store credit, where you can re-purchase the correct size/style you are after. 

Faulty Returns

Please email us at enquiries@erinlouise.com.au with a photo of the faulty item. Our customer service team will be in touch with what to do next . Once we receive and inspect the garment, if the fault is not a manufacturing fault a refund, replacement will not be honoured.

Sizing & Size Guides

 As women, we come in all different shapes and sizes. It is super hard to give you an exact size guide. However, our online team ensure that we give the most descriptive size guide known to womankind! Sometimes when you receive an item it might not fit like you thought it would. Please read our RETURNS information for what to do next.

Erin Louise does not accept responsibilities for sizing issues, as these can vary from customer to customer. But we are here to help, just contact our customer service team if you have any questions.
