Returns

• Refunds will be offered on full priced items.
• Please note all purchases using AFTERPAY can not be refunded. Only credit notes will be issued
• Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed.
• Send your return within 20 days of receiving your item/s.
• Late return fee of $7.00 will be charged for items returned after 20 days.
• If items are returned after the 20 day period and the item is now on Sale the Sale price will be given in a credit note.
• You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
• For all sale/promotional returns a store credit will be issued.
• All faulty garments must be approved by our returns team to be sent back.
• If an item was purchased using a gift card, the refund will automatically be allocated to the same gift card.

How to return an item

• A customer service representative will review your return email for approval.
• If your return is approved they will provide you with the returns address.
  DO NOT return your order to any other address of Erin Louise, as the published addressees online ARE NOT our warehouse address and your parcel could get lost.

Can you exchange an item?

Online stores operate different to normal brick and mortar stores. It is impossible for our customer service team to facilitate a traditional exchange. We are happy to give you a store credit, where you can re-purchase the correct size/style you are after. Please email staff for further information. 

Faulty Returns

Please email us at enquiries@erinlouise.com.au with a photo of the faulty item and your order number.  Our customer service team will take things from there. Faulty returns have a 3 month return period. 

Sizing & Size Guides

Erin Louise does not accept responsibilities for sizing issues, as these can vary from customer to customer. But we are here to help, just contact our customer service team if you have any questions.

For metro areas in Australia

 Packing and Processing

Please note we take 1 - 6 BUSINESS days to pack and process an order before it leaves our warehouse.  It is then handed over to Australia Post and delivery time will depend on your address.  

Delivery

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries, you can track your parcel at

https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track . 

All parcels will have a "safe drop" option and if you would like to change this please do so through the Australia Post website once you receive your tracking information.

If you provide a unit address or business address and the driver does not feel it is safe to leave your parcel a card will be left for you advising on where your parcel has been taken.

We do deliver to PO BOXES

Any lost, stolen or missing parcels are not the responsibility of Erin Louise, once they leave our factory.

International orders are also sent through Australia Post and shipping costs and options are available at checkout

However, our online team ensure that we give the most descriptive size guide known to womankind! Sometimes when you receive an item it might not fit like you thought it would.
