All your packages are sent with Australia Post or Couriers Please.
Once we send you a shipping confirmation email, please wait up to 24 hours to track your order.
*Please note: For Western Australia and rural areas, shipping should take 2-7 business days. We pack your parcel super-fast and make sure it gets sent via the option you choose, but Australia Post can sometimes experience delays in WA and rural areas of QLD. This doesn't happen very often but we just want to give you a heads up! We entrust Australia Post with your parcel and do everything we can to make sure it gets to you on time - but any delays they experience are (unfortunately) out of our hands.
When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking number. You can track your item using the code you are given by going onto the Couriers Please website or the Australia Post website. If you have not received your tracking number, and wish to track your order, call us on (02) 95253361 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 business days, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take slightly longer. Also we don't work on weekends. So orders are sent Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.
Please note that Erin Louise is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post or Couriers Pleas,especially during high-volume seasons. Please note that all delivery times are estimated. Erin Louise is not guaranteeing delivery dates.
Orders will have an ATL (Authority To Leave ) sticker attached to all parcels going to a residential address. If the address is a unit/townhouse number or a business address we will not attach a sticker. If you wish for this sticker to be left off your parcel please contact us with your order number ASAP.
Australia Post parcels do not require a signature. Below is the Australia Post policy on Safe Drop parcels.
If a signature isn't needed, the delivery driver will look for a safe spot to leave your parcel. We'll leave a card in your letter box to let you know where we've put your parcel.
If a safe spot cannot be identified, your parcel will be taken back to a local Post Office. A card will be left for you advising where and when you can collect your item.
If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your Order Number and we’ll look into the matter immediately.
Erin Louise is not liable for missing parcels due any errors on the customer or Australia Post’s part.
All international shipping will be conducted through Australia Post, subject to change and price, depending on location. Efforts will be made to contact these customers if extra charge is required, and goods will be held until contact is made.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $150.00. The total value of the ONE order must be over $149.99 for the Free Shipping option to appear.
*Please note we do NOT combine orders and we can not add items to current orders. Once the order is placed it is final.
Acceptance of the Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. We will always return or repair on faulty items and will pay for postage costs incurred to you.
Problems with Delievery

If a parcel is received back in our warehouse from Australia Post or Couriers Please, due to
*Incorrect address (postcode, state, street name, house or unit number)
*None collection of parcel from post office
*No contact from customer after a card is left from Couriers Please
