Refunds & Returns
* All items purchased from the Erin Louise Online Store may only be returned and processed back through the Erin Louise Online Store.
* All returns must be in their original condition with tags attached, unworn and unwashed.
* Returns must be received back to us within 21 days from the date of purchase.
* Credit notes may be issued instead of refunds.
* We do not offer exchanges/returns/credit notes or refunds on SALE OR PROMOTIONAL items.
* Due to health regulations we are unable to refund on swimwear. underwear or earring purchases.
* We recommend sending items back to us via Registered Post. Erin Louise takes no responsibility for lost parcels.
*Erin Louise does not offer exchanges, if you wish to exchange a size simply return the item for a refund/credit note (depending on purchased price) then re purchase the correct item on our site.
* The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
* We have a three(3) month limit on faulty goods. Please email pictures if your item was purchased over three months ago and you think this is a manufacturing fault.
* On the odd occasion we may oversell on items in your order. Our customer service staff will work with our warehouse to try and track down your item before processing a refund. If it gets to the point were we have refunded your order - trust us we have worked super hard to try and find this item/s for you, but we simply do not have it.
