Erin Louise offers NORMAL - EXPRESS DELIVERY options Australia-wide on all orders.

All your packages are sent with Couriers Please or Australia Post.

Couriers Please

To track your parcel through Couriers Please you can go to www.couriersplease.com.au For all residential addresses, we will attach a ATL (Authority to leave) sticker on your parcel. If your delivery address is a unit or a business address a signature will be required for delivery.

Australia Post

To track your parcel through Australia Post you can go to https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking All PO Boxes, Northern Territory and Tasmanian deliveries will be sent through the Australia Post network. 

*Please note: Shipping should take 2-7 business days. Some areas may experience delays WA and Rural areas of each state. This doesn't happen very often but we just want to give you a heads up! We entrust Couriers Please and Australia Post with your parcel and do everything we can to make sure it gets to you on time - but any delays they experience are (unfortunately) out of our hands.

When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking number. You can track your items both of the companies web pages, using the tracking number you are emailed. If you have not received your tracking number, and wish to track your order, call us on (02) 95253361 or email us at enquiries@erinlouise.com.au.

Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (business days Mon-Fri), with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 1-5 business days, or if the item is a 'Made To Order' product. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit. 

Please note that Erin Louise is not responsible for any delays caused by Couriers Please and Australia Post, especially during high-volume seasons. Please note that all delivery times are estimated. Erin Louise is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your Order Number and we’ll look into the matter immediately.

Erin Louise is not liable for missing parcels due any errors on the customer, Couriers Please or Australia Post’s part.

All international shipping will be conducted through Australia Post, subject to change and price, depending on location. Efforts will be made to contact these customers if extra charge is required, and goods will be held until contact is made.

Acceptance of the Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. We will always return or repair on faulty items and will pay for postage costs incurred to you.

Problems with Delievery

Re-delivery Cost

If a parcel is received back in our warehouse from Couriers Please or Australia Post, due to

*Incorrect address (postcode, state, street name, house or unit number)

*None collection of parcel from post office

*No contact from customer after a card is left from Couriers Please
